Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. This is a starter template - please review with a legal professional before publishing.

Commissions

A $100 reservation fee secures your build slot. Remaining balance is split across milestones as outlined in your signed commission agreement.

Timelines

Standard build times are estimates: roughly 1.5 months for heads, 2-3 months for partials and kigurumi-style suits, and 4-5 months for fullsuits. Custom deadlines are accommodated where possible and confirmed in writing.

Revisions

Minor adjustments are welcome before furring begins. Changes requested after that stage may affect price and timeline.

Cancellations

The reservation fee is non-refundable. Refund terms for later milestones are detailed in your signed agreement.
